Whether you're an adult or young person, life brings on sets of challenges that can be difficult to navigate. At Catholic Charities, we understand and we want to help.

Through our Behavioral Health Services, we offer counseling services grounded in Catholic values and social teaching. We strive for positive psychological outcomes that includes early intervention, prevention, improved behavioral and emotional functioning, and accessible care.

Behavioral health therapy sessions are offered in-person and remotely. All telehealth sessions utilize a secure video communication conferencing system. All client information is kept safe, concealed and confidential.

Most major insurance plans and self-pay accepted.

Outpatient Mental Health Services

Our outpatient therapy services provides private and confidential interventions to individuals of all ages including children, teens, and adults in need of professional guidance concerning marriage and family, mental health, and substance misuse. We teach skills for enhanced family communication, improved daily functioning and increased self-esteem.

Therapy services are offered for individuals, couples, and families and provided by dual licensed independent mental health practitioners and alcohol and drug counselor.

    SCHOOL MENTAL HEALTH

    Catholic Charities offers mental health services for school-aged students from metro-area Catholic schools in rural communities. We are reaching students every day by providing the support needed to relieve symptoms of depression and anxiety, enhance areas of social competency, provide immediate access to service, and improve behavioral and emotional functioning.

    Services are provided by licensed mental health practitioners in a confidential manner, as referred by the administration of the school.
