Providing life-changing behavioral health services to children, adults and families living with mental health and substance misuse issues.

Every year, people in crisis turn to us for help in navigating some of life's most difficult challenges.

Whether you're an adult or young person, life brings on sets of challenges that can be difficult to navigate. No one is perfect, and that's okay. Many of us need help accepting, and sometimes overcoming, our imperfections. At Catholic Charities, we understand and we want to help. Through our Behavioral Health Services, we strive for positive psychological outcomes that includes early intervention, prevention, improved behavioral and emotional functioning and accessible care.

Our outpatient therapy services provide interventions to individuals living with mental health and substance use disorders. We teach skills for improved daily functioning and increased self-esteem. Therapy services are offered on an individual basis or in a family setting.

Often times, when an individual seeks Catholic Charities for behavioral services, they are nervous and a bit hesitant. To help ease the transition into therapy, we like to provide an environment of comfort and peacefulness. We accomplish this by having specific items available for our clients to hold, mold and move around in their hands. Many of these items release tension, relieve stress and boost blood circulation. If you can find it in your heart to donate any of the items on our Wish List, we would greatly appreciate it!
