Irish Fest Raise the Paddle Extended

In response to the COVID-19 crisis, we changed our annual Irish Fest fundraiser to a virtual event this year, with livestreaming and online bidding. Although the event has now concluded, we are extending one portion of Irish Fest: Raise the Paddle.

Raise the Paddle funds are helping us address two priority needs, in addition to supporting all of our programs and services:

1. A new Sprinter van – This will allow us to go out into the community more, delivering critical services to people who are homebound, quarantined, or in remote areas. The primary use of the van will be for Emergency & Supportive Food Services.

2. Adding resources to our Behavioral Health Services team – The need for mental health counseling in our schools and the broader community has been on the rise and will likely increase even more during these challenging times.

As we enter a period of great uncertainty, the need for these and other critical services has never been greater. That’s why we are asking for your help in raising these essential funds.
