Greetings from Fr. Mike Eckley

Dear Friends of Catholic Charities of Omaha,

This year marks the 30th Anniversary of Irish Fest. For the first time in three years, we will finally be hosting this year's gala in person!

Catholic Charities of Omaha’s mission is to minister to the greatest and most fundamental needs of our community through our six core programs and services: Emergency and Supportive Food Services, Behavioral Health Services, Domestic Violence Services, Family Strengthening Services, Immigration Legal Services, and Microbusiness and Asset Development Program.

Our 2021 Impact Numbers tell a story of people in our community who have turned to Catholic Charities for help, hope and healing.

- 280,500 people served across 23 counties
- distributed 2.8 M pounds of food
- 1,765 calls to our 24/7 Domestic Violence Crisis Hotline
- 3,614 counseling sessions
- 113 small business created resulting in 145 new jobs
- 7,527 calls and visits to Senior Citizens
- provided mental health services in 23 different schools
- 772 immigration legal services consultations
- 11,250 volunteer hours
- 7073 nights of safety in our Domestic Violence Shelter

For three decades Irish Fest has allowed us to raise much needed funds to operate our programs and services to families in need. Catholic Charities could not offer our life-changing, and sometimes life-saving services without your support.

We do hope you will be a part of our 30th Anniversary Irish Fest celebration by being a sponsor or purchasing a table. It’s because of you, we are able to shine a light for those in darkness.
