It is the mission of St. James Manor Apartment Management to provide quality, safe housing to eligible low-income residents and to establish opportunities that will increase job readiness and economic stability. 

It is our goal to provide housing to individuals and families regardless of race or color, national origin, religion, gender, disability or familial status.  Every effort is made to reflect the intent and spirit of the Fair Housing Act in all of our interactions with our residents and the public.  

St. James Manor has 60 units (30 two-bedroom and 30 three-bedroom).
Our office has a separate community room and computer learning center with internet access. The computer center is open during office hours and to the children after school and during summer break.

We are dedicated through the computer learning center to provide access to computer technology and educational training.  We support this mission by encouraging residents and their families to discover their individual potential and strive for economic self-sufficiency.

We serve the needs of low-income, primarily single-parent, women and are home to over 80 children under the age of 12. We offer a free after-school program for the resident children which promotes “Homework First.”
