Omaha Campus for Hope:
We recently received a gift of $5,000 from the Kim Foundation! Thank you!
Christ Child Main:
The after school program is running with an average attendance of 16 per day. The senior programs continue each Friday for bingo and we hope to offer additional activities. The senior swim classes are very steady and have a faithful following. There is a need for volunteers at Main.
Friends and Family:
We just finished up a 4 week session at St. Leo and had record participation—about 14 people at each group! The Campus groups are going well too, with about 7-10 people at each.
Juan Diego Center:
A news story and event was held at the Center on December 15 to announce the gift of $56,160 from Walmart for the expansion of the food pantries.
Microbusiness:
Microbusiness has expanded and started the Microbusiness Training in English at Christ Child North. Classes focus on developing business plans and financial projections and enables clients to apply for CC loans. We will also provide technical assistance (business registration, licensing, taxes, etc).
