Our Mission
To provide quality, accessible and affordable legal immigration assistance and services focused on unifying immigrant families in a safe, welcoming and confidential environment.
Our Goal
We work to unite and reunite families from all over the world.
Our Program
- is equipped with two board of immigration appeals accredited immigration specialist who can represent clients, as an attorney is able to do, in front of Department of Homeland Security. There are also three other staff members who act as Administrative Assistant and legal workers.
- offers quality bilingual legal assistance services at a low to no cost. We are able to represent clients who would otherwise go without legal representation because of the high cost of legal counsel and lack of resources low income individuals possess.
- seeks to reunify families from all of over the world who have been divided by physical borders. Through gaining legal status, our clients become empowered and more engaged citizens of our community.
- specializes in assisting clients to become United States Citizens, help Refugees apply for their permanent residency after being in the U.S. for one year, renew lost or stolen residency cards, help family members petition their relatives to immigrate to the U.S., and also assist victims of domestic violence who are eligible for an immigration benefit due to their victimization and cooperation with law enforcement.
- offers a variety of outreach services to help people understand our complicated immigration system and to educate people on the struggles immigrants face before and after immigrating to the United States.
Our Services
Our primary service is having a one-on-one legal consultation to analyze if the client is eligible for an immigration benefit. If so, we will fill out the necessary paperwork to begin the often very lengthy process until the case is adjudicated. If the client is called for an immigration interview to finalize the benefit they have applied for, our representatives will represent them at the local office.
Our Credentials
In 2001, our program became a Board of Immigration Appeals Accredited Agency. This accreditation, along with the accreditation of our immigration specialists, authorizes our BIA accredited representatives to practice immigration law before USCIS. Our staff goes through rigorous and continuous training on immigration law, which aids in providing quality, reliable and current legal advice.

We only take consultations by appointment. To schedule an appointment, please call 402-939-4615 or email ElishaN@ccomaha.org.
