Schools may become partners of Catholic Charities in serving the community.  Teaching children about service to others and about the needs in their own city is vital to the development of contributing citizens.

Students may choose a service program that they would like to volunteer at or design a fund raiser for or just learn more about.  Talk to us about how we might work together in the education of our students and the needs of the community.

Project Ideas

Here are a few ideas that you and your group can do to provide service in your community and help Catholic Charities:

• Help put together emergency food packages for our food pantries
• Host a baby shower collecting much-needed baby items for young, low-income mothers
• Consider collecting donations for our programs in lieu of gifts at birthday parties for adults or children
