Addiction and Recovery Financial Policies
Services

Catholic Charities provides behavioral health services to those in need in our community.

Services, when applicable, are reimbursed through many private insurance companies, Medicaid, Medicare or other third party payers. All eligible funding sources will be utilized on your behalf.

Treatment fees or self pay rates (when third party payment is unavailable) are based on a sliding fee scale.

Fees for outpatient services are expected at the time the service is provided.

Payment arrangements for adult residential services must be made at the time of intake.

UA’s and medical treatments, including prescribed medications, may be billed as separate services.

Payment arrangements for youth residential services must be made with Catholic Charities finance office prior to intake.

If payment arrangements are not made prior to the end of service, the total charges will be considered due in full.

Catholic Charities will charge you a $40 fee when you cancel your appointment with less than 24-hour notice or when you do not arrive for a scheduled appointment.

Service fees are subject to change. Notification of rate changes will be posted at all Catholic Charities Behavioral Health locations.

For further explanation of our financial policies, please ask for a copy of our “Fee for Service Agreement.”
