Adoption Services and Counseling
Services

Few events change lives as deeply and significantly as an adoption. At Catholic Charities we believe the adoption process should provide respect and concern for all persons involved.

For the children, adoption is a process that will affect the course of their entire lives. At Catholic Charities, the child's welfare is of utmost importance in every adoption.

For the birth parents, the decision to place their baby for adoption is a difficult one, based on love. They want to do what is best for their child, but they also feel a great sense of loss.

For the adoptive parents, adoption makes it possible to share the love they have for each other with a child. However, they must also be prepared for the additional responsibilities of parenting by adoption.

If you want to talk with someone about adoption, call 402-554-0520, and ask for Sue Malloy, Wendy Spetman, or Julie Lord. You may also write to Sue, Wendy, or Julie at:
